With the partnership and the provision of space by PS.SPEICHER as the main area, the area around the multifunctional hall on Kohnserweg is now entirely transformed into a camp and party ground with its own beer garden. On both areas, the rule is „first come first serve“.

Stay

Einbeck attracts many weekend holidaymakers, so it is advisable to book accommodation early. Please note that rooms are usually only available several months in advance via booking portals.

GUEST HOUSE

If you and your club or friends don't want to miss out on the flair of a school trip, you are welcome to take advantage of the youth guest house. You can stay there right next to the camp- and partyground for less than 25 euros per night and person as a self-caterer in a shared room.

Camping

At the campground, there is an opportunity to camp independently with a tent, subject to availability. The ground is a compacted gravel surface, so a tarp and ground stakes are required. A campsite near your MX-5 costs an additional 15 euros per vehicle for all three days, on top of the ticket price. A total of 120 camping slots are available.

Grilling is allowed, but open fires, such as campfires, are prohibited. Check-in takes place on Friday between 10 AM and 10 PM, and on Saturday from 8 AM onward. Each participant will receive a space sufficient for themselves, a tent, and the MX-5, with 5 square meters available per person. Groups of up to five MX-5s can join together to form a camp, provided they register in advance, and they may set up an additional pavilion. Only tents are allowed; motorhomes and trailers are not permitted unless the trailer is towed by an MX-5. Electricity is not available, and quiet hours are from midnight to 7 AM. Toilets are accessible 24/7 in the multifunction hall. Showers can be used on Friday until 11 PM and on Saturday from 6 AM to 11 PM.

Eat & Drink

Certainly, you are warmly invited to take care of yourself. However, we kindly ask you to minimize waste as much as possible. Drinks are available at fair prices on the PS.SPEICHER premises. In the new beer garden of the Camp & Partygrounds, we offer an extended selection of drinks and meals until late in the evening.

On Saturday and Sunday, we also invite you to a breakfast buffet—perfect for those who enjoy breakfast in a social setting. The price is 13 euros per person per day. Depending on the weather, breakfast will take place either in the beer garden of the Camp & Partygrounds or in the multifunctional hall.

App

We provide you with all the essential information in our app, which will be updated about two weeks before the event. It includes a detailed program overview as well as all relevant information for your stay in Einbeck.

This way, we can not only respond more flexibly to last-minute changes but also significantly reduce paper consumption. To be well-prepared, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the app before the event. The app is available in the Google Play Store for Android devices as well as in the Apple App Store for iPhones.

Tourism

On Friday evening, you have the opportunity to participate in a unique guided tour of the old town, including a tower ascent. On Saturday, city tours will also be available. Additionally, we offer tickets for a guided tour of the Sudhaus at the Einbecker Brewery. During this tour, you can learn about the art of blue printing and discover the origins of the expression "blau machen."

Throughout the weekend, all tickets for the PS.SPEICHER, including the main exhibition and individual collections, will be available at discounted prices. These can be purchased directly on site without prior reservation.

Trips

Starting in May, after completing the registration and depending on availability, you can sign up for a guided tour through our booking and reservation system. If you prefer to explore on your own, we also offer several pre-planned tours without a scout's accompaniment.

At the notice boards at the Info Point, you can also offer your own trips. Interested parties can sign up there independently, provided that there are available spots and trips are being offered.

Fun-Rallye

After the successful premiere, the Fun Rally will take place again in 2025, but in a more compact form. A total of 30 starting places are available. The rally is divided into two sections: one involves solving puzzles and tasks within Einbeck, while the other requires completing various challenges on a route around Einbeck.

The driving portion lasts about two hours, and the puzzle portion also takes approximately two hours. Arrival on Friday, a smartphone, and a co-driver are required for participation. The entry fee is 15 euros.
