Registration for the meeting
Use the form below to complete your initial registration for the meeting in Einbeck. The participant fee must be paid within six working days of submitting your registration via PayPal or bank transfer. The fee covers access to the meeting and its supporting programme, as well as the options selected during registration.
Rules & hints
For additional activities, a separate registration via our booking and reservation system is required. These include breakfast tickets, evening events, excursions, tourist offers such as city tours, and the brewery’s brewhouse tour. Please note that all activities are available in limited quantities and participation depends on the respective capacity. There is no entitlement to participate; the "first come, first served" principle applies.
As event organizers, we retain the right of admission. Please refrain from open fires on the event premises and kindly take your waste with you for proper disposal. Absolute quiet time starts at midnight on the camp and party grounds. Photography and/or filming will occur for potential use in print or online materials. Participation in activities is at your own risk. Permission to drive on the Event-Area at walking speed is solely limited to accessing your parking slot. Treat all participants with the same respect you would expect for yourself. Participation fees are only refundable in cases of unforeseen circumstances.
Tickets
This year, three different ticket types are available to choose from.
1. BESTPLACE
Your parking spot will either be on the PS.SPEICHER premises or on additional parking areas of the campground (without a tent). Reservation of spots is not possible, and there is no entitlement to a personal parking space. The principle "first come, first served" applies.
2. VIP (NO LONGER AVAILABLE)
Your parking spot will be on the parking lot directly opposite the PS.SPEICHER. One of the 140 spaces will be exclusively reserved for you throughout the weekend. This area is particularly suitable for clubs and groups who want to park together but cannot arrive at the same time.
3. CAMPGROUND
